Household Assistant (Housekeeping)

Main Duties

• Perform general cleaning of the house including sweeping, mopping, cleaning and vacuuming
• Laundry and ironing
• Make up rooms according to a required standard
• Grocery shopping and replenish the household supplies
• Food preparation and cooking
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods
• Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
• Good cooking skills and food presentation in western and oriental food is preferred
• Good command of spoken English
• Self-motivated, well-organized, positive and with excellent customer services skills
• Staying over in accommodation at the holiday house is optional
• 6-day work per week
• Willing to work on public holidays
